Next Report Health is published by Next Report News and powered by Insider Health Today. This notice describes the assessment and opt-in on this website.

Your assessment

We send your answers and a session identifier securely to Insider Health Today, which stores them and prepares your plan. Your answers are not included in advertising pixels or conversion postbacks. Your progress is saved in this browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can return to the assessment; contact fields are not saved in browser storage.

Your opt-in

When you submit the email form, Insider Health Today stores your name, email, assessment session, and the consent event for your plan and follow-up emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. We do not request SMS consent or collect a phone number in this assessment.

Campaign attribution

Campaign parameters and a RedTrack click identifier may be associated with your assessment session and a later purchase to measure campaign performance. Health answers and contact information are not sent to RedTrack.

The app provider

Membership, payments, email delivery, and the underlying health app are operated by Insider Health Today and covered by its privacy policy. Please review that policy for the provider’s retention, processing, and privacy request details.
